Ordering & Payments
What deposit is required to place an order?
A deposit is required to start your build and reserve your spot in our schedule. It varies by options but is typically 50% of the total. Your exact deposit will be listed on your quote/invoice.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Because each table is custom built to your specifications, deposits are non refundable.
Are any payments refundable?
No. Due to the custom nature of our products, all payments are non refundable. (This policy does not affect any non waivable rights you may have under applicable law.)
When is final payment due?
Full payment is due prior to shipping. We’ll confirm your final balance and ship date once your table is ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Venmo. You can also pay with a credit card via PayPal or Venmo using the secure link provided on your invoice.
Can I change or cancel my order after paying the deposit?
Changes may affect your timeline and total price; we’ll update your quote for approval. Because all payments are non refundable on custom work, cancellations will forfeit amounts paid.

Are these only for poker?
No. While they’re optimized for poker, our tables are also perfect for family favorites like Monopoly, Uno, and Scrabble—and just about any card or board game.
Are they comfortable for long sessions?
Yes. The padded rail supports your arms and the cushioned playing surface keeps play quiet and smooth so you can relax and play longer.
How long will my table last?
With proper care, a lifetime. Cloth and rail vinyl are wear items and will show use over time; they’re straightforward to replace when needed.
What makes your tables “heirloom quality”?
Small batch, hand built construction, premium materials, and designed for long term stability. These are not flimsy, mass produced tables; they’re built for decades of use
Shipping, Delivery & Setup
Do you include shipping in the price?
Yes. We believe in no surprises pricing, so shipping is included in your quote.
How does delivery work?
We’ll outline delivery details in your quote based on your location. Most orders arrive with straightforward setup.
Is assembly required?
Basic assembly may be required (often attaching legs/base). We include simple instructions.
What are typical lead times?
We build in small batches to maintain quality. Your quote will include an estimated timeline based on our current schedule. Typically 4-6 weeks.
What about returns or cancellations?
Because these are custom products, all payments are non refundable and returns are not accepted. Cancellations after paying a deposit (or any amount) will forfeit amounts paid. Full policy details are in our Terms & Conditions.
