Lead Time
We custom build each table one at a time to maintain quality. Your quote will include an estimated timeline based on our current schedule.
Care & Longevity
Your table is built to last for generations with normal care. Expect natural wear on cloth and rail vinyl over time; both are replaceable. We’ll include simple care tips with your order.
Payment Terms & Methods
- Deposit to Start: A deposit is required to begin your build and reserve your spot. The amount varies by options and materials but is typically 50% of the total. The exact deposit will appear on your invoice.
- Non Refundable: Because every table is custom built to your specifications, all payments—including the deposit—are non refundable.
- Final Payment: Full payment is due prior to shipping. We’ll confirm your final balance and ship date once your table is ready.
- Payment Methods: We accept PayPal or Venmo. You can also pay by credit card through PayPal or Venmo—we’ll include a secure link with your invoice.
- Receipts & Status: Your invoice shows payments received and remaining balance at every milestone.
